Requirements

• Design and architect technical solutions aligned with client objectives and regulations using a consultative approach • Provide post-sales L2 technical support, troubleshoot issues with tools like Datadog, and serve as point of contact for API integrations • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Regulatory & Compliance, and Customer Success teams • Maintain technical documentation and develop examples for customer integrations and POCs • in customer-facing technical roles in Enterprise B2B SaaS • Strong understanding of REST APIs and web technologies • Proficient problem-solving • and customer-first attitude • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, low-ego environment • Comfortable reading code and querying data • Excellent project management • in regtech/fintech or virtual asset sector • Prior work with financial institutions, AML controls, or payments • Familiarity with SOC2, ISO27001, GDPR or similar standards
