cogent-security - Solutions Engineer (US West)
Requirements
• At least 7+ years of enterprise Solutions Engineer experience in cybersecurity with a proven track record working with Global 2000 organizations. • Experience with technical cybersecurity products, ideally in the vulnerability management space. • Deep industry relationships across customers, partners, and vendors are essential for this role. • Ability to deal with ambiguity and craft creative technical solutions to customer problems is required. • Excellent communication skills and strong executive presence needed as part of job responsibilities.
Responsibilities
• Engage with customers to deliver polished demos and technical deep dive sessions • - Design and run POC engagements end to end to ensure that customers understand the technical value of the Cogent solution • - Work closely with AEs on deal strategy and sales cycles • - Collaborate with R&D on product enhancements and roadmap feedback • - Partner with Customer Success on pre-sales → post-sales handoffs
