Requirements

Responsibilities
• Lead client workshops to understand business objectives, gather requirements, and translate them into scalable system designs. • Conduct FIT/GAP analysis to identify business needs and technical feasibility. • Design and document robust end-to-end solutions — including workflows, integrations, and system customizations — and guide clients to approval. • Demonstrate solutions through hands-on configuration, testing, and customer demos throughout the project lifecycle. • Configure and validate Zuora Billing, Revenue, and Add-On products to ensure they meet business and technical requirements. • Collaborate with clients and internal teams during testing, deployment, and UAT to ensure successful solution delivery. • Develop and deliver engaging end-user training to ensure smooth adoption. • Build lasting client relationships by providing ongoing technical and functional guidance. • Add location : Remote - Bulgaria
