Requirements

• You have 2+ years of experience working in highly cross functional settings, and in a role that spans strategy, analysis, and operations in a fast-paced environment • You are self-driven; we’d rather have to tell you to slow down than to speed up. You don’t wait on others to solve problems; you proactively step into the gap to offer solutions yourself. • Critical and first principles thinking (e.g., ability to question how we are working rather than simply executing), and the ability to zoom out to the most important questions • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into concise, actionable recommendations for senior leadership. • You have a passion for digging deep into data, problem-solving, and building clear frameworks. • You have a commitment to the highest ethical standards and can handle sensitive information with discretion. • Bonus: Experience in the crypto ecosystem, finance, or fintech is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Elevate the Operating Rhythm & Executive Leverage • Manage the company’s operating rhythm, operating one or more of our senior leadership forums and setting the agenda for the firm's most senior leaders. • Prep the CEO for all key engagements, proactively resolve problems, and deal with issues before they reach the CEO's desk. • Work with the Chief of Staff to develop compelling content and narratives for the CEO for internal and external consumption, including company presentations, media engagements, and key meetings. • Cross-Firm Collaboration & Planning • Project manage across large groups of stakeholders, leading meetings and wrangling cross-functional working teams towards a solution. • Help drive annual planning and OKR tracking across the firm, reporting progress to senior leadership. • Act as a liaison between senior leadership and working teams to ensure alignment, execution continuity, and the removal of operational inefficiencies. • Drive Strategic Projects • Serve as the go-to resource for solving messy, ambiguous problems that must be solved but do not fall neatly into the purview of an existing person’s job description. • Own operational projects from definition to solutioning to implementation, tackling a variety of ‘0 to 1’ problems and incubating new processes. • Lead quantitative and qualitative analyses to evaluate business opportunities, investments, and operational changes to support executive decision-making.

Benefits

• This is a full-time position with an expected annual compensation of $85,000 - $108,000 for the New York Metro. The actual compensation for a successful candidate may vary based on factors such as skill set, relevant experience, qualifications, and other relevant factors.  This position also offers other forms of compensation and benefits consisting of overtime compensation (when applicable), relocation assistance (if applicable), performance-linked bonus, paid time off (including sick time) benefits, paid Company holidays, participation in the Company’s equity and 401k retirement plan, competitive employee health, dental, and vision benefits each subject to the terms and conditions of the governing plan documents and Company policies. • Notice at Collection and Privacy Policy • Applicants located in California and/or applying to a role based in California, please refer to our Notice at Collection and Privacy Policy here. • Inclusivity Statement • FalconX is committed to building a diverse, inclusive, equitable, and safe workspace for all people. Our roles are intended for people from all walks of life. We encourage all those interested in applying to our organization to submit an application regardless if you are missing some of the listed background requirements, skills, or experiences! • As part of our commitment to inclusivity, FalconX would like to acknowledge that the EEOC survey has limited potential responses that you can select.
