Coda - Tax Analyst
Requirements
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Taxation or equivalent • At least 4 years of relevant experience at a Big 4 accounting firm and/or a multinationalcompany • Self-starter, with the ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast paced and dynamic environment • Strong analytical and organizational skills and resourceful mindset • Good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with colleagues across the organization, including the ability to simplify complex tax information to non-tax stakeholders • Experience in handling cross-border transactions and working knowledge of the technology industry would be a huge plus • Knowledge of data-focused technology tools (e.g. Alteryx) and the ability to handle largedatasets would be a bonus • Familiarity or interest in AI tools (e.g. Claude) would be a plus
Responsibilities
• Support group-wide tax compliance and reporting, coordinating closely with internal finance and tax teams and external service providers. • Support tax audit management and coordinate with relevant stakeholders through submission and resolution processes. • Research and maintain Coda’s tax regulatory tracker, ensuring timely updates and clear, actionable regulatory insights for stakeholders. • Partner with Legal, Commercial and Product teams and offer tax support for ad-hoc projects and business queries. • Contribute to process optimization initiatives, including enhancement of documentationstandards, tax-related automation efforts
