Taskrabbit - General Manager, UK
Requirements
• 8-10+ years of experience in driving commercial growth of a business. Any experience in marketing, business development, and/or P&L management is a plus • Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional teams, capable of overseeing multiple people across different functions and levels of seniority • Comfortable working heavily with data, and operating at a fast pace in an entrepreneurial environment. Experience working in a startup is a plus, especially a marketplace platform • Excellent communication and relationship building skills, and comfortable presenting to large groups regularly • An exceptional ability to balance creative thinking with strong business judgment and analytical skills • Problem-solving abilities in both data-rich and data-poor environments; ability to both delve into the details and engage meaningfully on higher-level strategy • A natural inclination to take initiative and ownership, with the ability to independently navigate ambiguous situations and balance multiple priorities • Role includes some travel within the UK and occasional travel to the US. • An understanding of the dynamics underlying a two-sided marketplace • Experience working for a global brand

• At Taskrabbit, our approach to compensation is designed to be competitive, transparent, and equitable. Total compensation consists of base pay + bonus + benefits + perks. The base pay range for this position is £89,000-£115,000. This range is representative of base pay only, and does not include any other total cash compensation amounts, such as company bonus or benefits.
