Box - Team Manager II, People Operations EMEA
Requirements
• Proven experiences in operations/systems/local processes/labour law in EMEA; navigating complexities of EMEA markets, from our largest offices in Poland, the Netherlands, and the UK to our smaller employee populations in France & Germany • 1-2 years of experience in team management, influencing and guiding a team, as well as cross-functional stakeholders; leading with empathy and thoughtfulness. Building strong cross-functional relationships across various geographies and time zones. • 5+ years applicable HR Operations experience • Demonstrating proactive ownership by offering innovative and constructive improvement projects to scale processes; aptitude in creating, refining, and rolling out internal policies and processes; demonstrated success in change management with diverse stakeholders • Ability to get to the root cause of any issue, no matter how complex, and design and implement solutions that cut across multiple disciplines • Operating with discretion, integrity, and respect with engaging with sensitive issues or information • Producing consistent and accurate deliverables while dealing with a high volume of data & information • Adaptability, ability to quickly analyze, understand, and adapt to new situations and business problems • Constructively challenging the status quo for purpose of improving outcomes or processes • Fluency in both spoken and written English and Polish • Experience in Workday and with HRIS transactions
Responsibilities
• Developing & strengthening a team - leading a team of People Operations professionals across the EMEA region, as well as staying closely connected with our US People Operations teammates. Driving high data integrity, strong & well-documented processes, and holistic problem solving • Serving as a trusted consultant & designer – working with the People Team and their closest partners to understand operational opportunities, and design solutions to scale business processes in high-impact programs • Being a reliable partner – working together with People Ops’ global key stakeholders (COE's) and People Partners to drive and execute company-wide People initiatives and programs while keeping in mind the Boxer experience • Improving processes & leveraging technology - spearheading continuous process improvement within core People processes, identifying opportunities for automation and scale; embrace and advocate for technology adoption (particularly of our own product, Box!) across our entire People Team to help improve our collaboration and efficiency • Keeping us safe, secure, and compliant - partnership with employment counsel to ensure compliance with domestic and international requirements across the employee life cycle – from internal policies to external compliance • Proven experiences in operations/systems/local processes/labour law in EMEA; navigating complexities of EMEA markets, from our largest offices in Poland, the Netherlands, and the UK to our smaller employee populations in France & Germany • 1-2 years of experience in team management, influencing and guiding a team, as well as cross-functional stakeholders; leading with empathy and thoughtfulness.
