Requirements
• Experience: Recent graduate within a technical field, or 2–5 years of professional work experience (e.g., Product Management, Engineering, or Solutions Engineering/Architecture). • Ecosystem Knowledge: Familiarity with open-source technologies, SaaS models, or developer ecosystems, including MCP (Model Context Protocol) server-based integration. • Ecosystem Knowledge: • Strategic Thinking: Experience with market research, strategic analysis, or partnership development, ideally within the open-source space. • Strategic Thinking: • Analytical Mindset: Analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to identify trends and assess business opportunities. • Analytical Mindset: • Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders and present findings clearly. • Communication: • Drive: Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of managing projects independently. • Drive: • Experience building side projects or prototypes using Supabase in conjunction with AI-powered tools (e.g., Lovable, Bolt, Figma, v0, etc.). • Familiarity with open-source communities or developer GTM (Go-To-Market) strategies. • Internship or early experience in AI startups and/or developer tooling companies. • Exposure to AI/LLM-powered developer tools and workflows.
Responsibilities
• Engage Builders: Proactively engage with builders and platforms using Supabase—especially within modern “vibe coding” environments. • Engage Builders: • Execute Pipeline: Work closely with internal teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales) to help execute a pipeline of partnership opportunities. • Execute Pipeline: • Partner Management: Manage partners that are onboarded, providing co-marketing support to help partners increase adoption. • Partner Management: • Trend Monitoring: Monitor trends across AI-assisted development, open-source infrastructure, and developer workflows to identify new ecosystem opportunities. • Trend Monitoring: • Ecosystem Growth: Help grow Supabase’s presence within next-generation coding platforms by building relationships with founders, developers, and platform teams. • Ecosystem Growth:
