AvePoint - Support Engineer (SharePoint Specialist)
Requirements
• Proven experience in supporting and managing SharePoint environments. • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation. • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and report on large datasets. • Hands-on experience with SharePoint 2013, 2019, and Online administration. • Solid understanding of incident and problem management processes. • Effective collaboration skills with global teams and stakeholders. • Previous experience in data migration projects is a plus. • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive support for SharePoint environments, ensuring timely resolution of open tickets. • Perform PowerShell scripting for system enhancements and automation tasks. • Manage in-house production incidents and problem management for SharePoint-related issues. • Conduct data analysis on large datasets to support business performance reporting. • Administer and manage SharePoint 2013, SharePoint 2019, and SharePoint Online platforms, covering both frontend and backend operations. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, IT infrastructure, and Microsoft to address SharePoint-related requirements and challenges. • Design, plan, and execute data migration processes from legacy SharePoint systems to SharePoint 2019/Online.
