Requirements
• 3+ years of enterprise sales or business development experience in the life sciences technology industry. • Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding annual revenue quotas through the sale of complex professional services, managed services, SaaS, or technology consulting engagements valued at $500k+. Experience structuring and closing multi-year recurring contracts, not project SOWs. • Established networks in the eClinical Life Sciences industry with the ability to leverage existing relationships to generate new business opportunities. • Strong consultative sales skills rooted in outcomes, business impact, and strategic fit. • Strong knowledge of clinical trial processes, compliance (CSV), and clinical technologies such as ECOA, EPRO, and EDC platforms. • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to influence executive decision makers, lead strategic business reviews, and build alignment across client and internal stakeholders. • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability. • We recognize that people come with a wealth of experience and talent beyond just the technical requirements of a job. Responsibilities
• Develop and execute a named-account strategy against a targeted set of eClinical platforms, sponsors, and CROs. • Own the full sales cycle for new logo acquisition, from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and contract execution. • Leverage existing industry relationships and develop new strategic partnerships to accelerate pipeline growth and expand Studion's market presence. • Build and maintain relationships across the clinical trial technology ecosystem, including sponsors, CROs, and eClinical platform providers. • Represent Studion at industry conferences, customer meetings, and networking events to strengthen brand awareness and generate new business opportunities (approximately 25% travel). • Refine and communicate Studion's value proposition to potential customers • Partner with delivery teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding, successful transition from sale to delivery, and ongoing client success. • Collaborate with executive leadership on commercial strategy, market positioning, pricing, and growth initiatives. • Build and execute a strategic business development plan that generates a predictable pipeline of qualified opportunities within the life sciences market. • A top-notch 401 (k) helps you worry a little less about the future.
