Zocks - Senior Software Engineering Manager

• Key challenges you will work on every day: • Lead complex technical and strategic initiatives to drive optimized delivery. • Mentor and coach team members, supporting their professional development, setting goals, and providing constructive feedback. • Engage in designing, coding, reviewing, and testing features in alignment with agile practices.​ • Influence the architectural direction of products, including the design and delivery of prototypes. • Solving complex problems and transforming them into business solutions. • Leveraging your expertise in the current technology stack, which includes Python, MySQL, React, AWS, K8S, Terraform and many more. • Working on various customer-facing features and deeply technical projects that will both contribute to our long-term success • Effectively communicate delivery status and technical strategies to internal and external stakeholders • Over 7 years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within an agile environment.​ • Tech lead role, still hands-on, able to guide the team regarding technical questions. • Proactively find problems of existing system/product and offer solutions. • Strong English and Hungarian communication skills. • Familiarity with our technology stack: Python, K8S, React, TS, MySQL, AWS. • Experience working in B2B SaaS and agile development environments, preferably in a startup or dynamic tech company. • Experience in leading complex technical initiatives involving multiple stakeholders. • Strong commitment to process improvement and knowledge sharing. • Interest in AI technology and staying abreast of the latest trends and advancements in the field is an advantage. • What we offer on top of our competitive base salary: • Premium Health Insurance • L&D contribution
