Socure - Product Lead
Requirements
• 7 to 10 years in product management or product strategy with leadership in identity, risk, fraud, HR or recruitment tech, or data platforms. • A proven zero to one track record. You have taken a concept to v1 and then to product market fit. • Strength in go-to-market ownership. You know pricing and packaging, positioning, enablement, and partnership strategy. You are comfortable with customer calls and design partners. • Technical fluency with ML and AI products. You can reason about data quality, model fit, platform tradeoffs, and delivery. • Executive level communication and cross functional influence. You align senior stakeholders and keep teams moving. • Bonus. Deep experience with HRIS or ATS ecosystems, payroll platforms, or workforce compliance. A technical or quantitative degree is a plus.
