Requirements

Responsibilities
• You'll report to the Head of Digital and CRM and own our digital marketing strategy and implementation from end to end. As the senior strategic voice for digital, you'll turn data and market insight into a clear, commercially led strategy, and make sure every channel and partner delivers to a high standard. You'll also be the link between digital performance and the wider business, keeping digital front and centre in executive decision-making. • This will include: • Owning digital marketing strategy and delivery across all channels, including AI and LLM search visibility, so our approach is joined up and commercial wherever Flagstone shows up • Managing our agency and external partner relationships, including performance, commercial terms, and governance • Shaping what we need from our marketing technology stack as the landscape evolves • Using data and digital expertise to plan budgets, set channel strategy, and guide investment, turning performance insight into clear commercial outcomes • Giving senior leaders clear, credible, and timely updates on digital performance and strategy • Building and developing a high-performing digital team, with the capability, structure, and culture to make digital a key driver of Flagstone's long-term growth strategy
