Requirements
• 1-5+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience. • Experience sourcing technical talent preferred. • Strong sourcing fundamentals and ability to build smart searches. • Excellent communication skills and strong English fluency. • Good instincts for talent evaluation and candidate quality. • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating with high ownership in a remote environment.
Responsibilities
• Generate strong pipelines across engineering and technical customer roles. • Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, referrals, outbound campaigns, and other creative strategies. • Review and engage inbound applicants quickly and thoughtfully. • Run structured first-round screens to assess technical alignment, communication skills, English fluency, and overall fit.
