Requirements
• 2+ years’ experience in recruitment, sourcing, or a similar talent-focused role • Proven experience sourcing for software engineering or technical roles • Comfortable owning multiple pipelines simultaneously • Strong understanding of how to find and engage passive technical talent • Curious, proactive, and motivated to continuously improve how you work and bringing new ideas • Data-aware, using insights to improve sourcing performance and decision-making
Responsibilities
• Build and execute targeted sourcing strategies to attract high-quality technical talent • Own proactive sourcing for engineering, data science, ai and credit risk roles across multiple pipelines • Identify, engage, and nurture both active and passive candidates across the market • Partner closely with Talent Partners and hiring managers to understand role requirements and refine search approaches • Build and maintain strong, well-structured talent pipelines within our ATS (Ashby) • Conduct market mapping and talent research to support hiring strategy and pipeline planning • Track sourcing activity and provide insights on pipeline health, market trends, and conversion rates • Contribute to improving sourcing processes, tools, and candidate engagement strategies
