Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with at least 3+ years in a high-growth tech startup environment. • Proven experience recruiting technical roles in a B2B SaaS company. • Hands-on experience with recruiting in APAC markets. • Strong understanding of recruiting for fast-paced environments with the ability to balance multiple priorities. • A passion for data-driven recruiting and a strong comfort with ATS (Ashby preferred), Notion, and reports. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization. • Experience working with diverse, international teams and understanding the nuances in hiring across different geographies and cultures. • High energy, hands-on approach with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing startup environment. • A genuine passion for people, talent, and creating a great company culture.
Responsibilities
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for Technical roles, including Software Engineering, Data Science, Machine Learning and Product across APAC. • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, create job descriptions, and develop a clear hiring strategy for each role. • Source, screen, and interview candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach. • Provide an exceptional candidate experience, from initial contact through to offer discussion. • Drive offer management and ensure a seamless candidate-to-hire process.
