Requirements

Responsibilities
• Proactively source exceptional candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, communities, and creative outbound strategies. • Conduct high-quality outreach and headhunting to attract passive candidates. • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. • Partner closely with hiring managers to define hiring strategies and ideal candidate profiles. • Screen candidates and assess both technical capability and cultural fit. • Drive an exceptional candidate experience from first outreach through offer acceptance. • Use recruiting data and market insights to continuously improve hiring performance. • Help strengthen our employer brand and recruiting processes as we continue to scale.
