Requirements

• Team Building: Hire, mentor, and lead our applications team as our customer engagements grow. • Team Building: • A track record of supporting customers transitioning to complex new products • Familiarity with the stacks commonly used in an AI data-centre environment • Curiosity about how AI-assisted development can shorten production cycles improve test optimisation • Prior experience of CPUs, GPUs, or complex SoCs. • Track record of delivering customer satisfaction under pressure • Prior experience scaling a silicon applications engineering team
