Scopely - Director, Senior Employment Counsel (Global)

• Law degree with admission to practice in at least one jurisdiction • In-office presence required 2-3 days per week in Barcelona, Spain. Relocation available • Minimum 14 years of progressive experience in global employment law • Proven success advising on complex, cross-border employment issues in a global, matrixed environment • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability and a deep understanding of risk management • Excellent negotiation skills and resilience in partnering with the business • Fluency in English required; professional proficiency in Spanish required, fluency preferred.
