Acorns - Growth Partnerships Associate
Responsibilities
• Manage the day-to-day operations and account management for Acorns’ Earn (marketplace) partners, serving as a key point of contact • Work cross-functionally to launch new Earn partners and update existing partner offers, ensuring a smooth end-to-end process • Support Growth partnerships by collaborating with Creative, Legal, and Compliance teams to launch new partners on time and on brand • Monitor partner performance, troubleshoot issues, and identify opportunities to strengthen and grow existing relationships • Help maintain partner documentation, timelines, and processes to keep launches organized and on track • 1–3 years of experience in partnerships, account management, business development, or a related role, ideally at a consumer or fintech company • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple partners and cross-functional workstreams at once • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a track record of collaborating across teams such as Creative, Legal, and Compliance • A proactive, detail-oriented approach to solving problems and keeping partner launches moving • Hunger to deliver game-changing products that impact the lives of millions • A belief that your work is tied to your life’s mission and an optimistic outlook on the potential for societal change through financial wellness
