Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent - in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Data Analytics or another cost / construction focused • Cost Manager: 2+ years of minimum cost management experience. • Senior Cost Manager: 5+ years of cost management experience. • Lead Consultant: 7+ years of cost management experience. • Experience working in hyper-scale data centers is a plus • Thorough and complete knowledge of the construction process and management techniques, methods, and materials. • Proficient in the use of advanced functions in CostX to produce estimates, bills, etc. • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint) at an appropriate level • Must be proficient in Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, Outlook • Organized and detail oriented • We believe that no one should be discriminated against because of their differences.
