Strongpoint Partners - Retirement Plan Consultant (TFG)

• 3-7 years of experience in ERISA compliance, Non-Discrimination Testing, and Form 5500 preparation required. • Experience with FT William software in both compliance and 5500 modules required. • Experience with PensionPro or other pension related platforms. • In-depth understanding of IRS and DOL regulations related to qualified plans. • Strong analytical, organizational, and Excel skills. • Exceptional customer service skills, both verbal and written • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications such as: Word and Excel • Strong attention to detail, file compliance, and accuracy • ASPPA or CEBS designation (QKA, QPA, or CPC) strongly desirable • Pay Transparency Statement: • The anticipated pay range for this position is $65,000-$75,000 annually. • At Strongpoint Partners, our salary ranges reflect the minimum and maximum base pay for the posted position applicable to all locations across the US. Within the posted salary range, individual pay is determined by the geographic location, job related skills, experience, education, and certifications.
