Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a global startup or fast-moving tech environment. • Solid grounding in Recruiting Operations: you know what good ATS hygiene looks like, can extract actionable insights from data, and have a genuine interest in applying AI to make recruiting smarter. • Experience with Ashby or a comparable ATS (Greenhouse, Lever, or similar). • Strong communicator with exceptional writing skills, able to facilitate clear communication both internally and, most importantly, with our candidates. • Self-organized, proactive, and excellent at keeping multiple workstreams on track. • Growth-oriented and comfortable adapting to change in an evolving environment. • Experience in project or program management.

Responsibilities

• Organize, schedule, and oversee interviews, including candidate logistics and complex scheduling across time zones in collaboration with EAs. • Support recruiting operations and programs such as interview programs, referral programs, and ATS configurations. • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards throughout the recruitment process. • Provide an outstanding candidate experience through clear communication, timely follow-ups, and genuine care at every stage of the process.
