Atlas HXM - Global Solutions Director

• Global operational delivery including managing global teams and projects; • Global employment compliance requirements; • multi-country payroll and workforce management processes; • Supporting enterprise-level client engagements involving multi-country workforce solutions; • Structuring complex enterprise deals, including service scope definition and operational feasibility analysis; • Partnering with sales teams to develop custom solution proposals for enterprise clients; • Gathering and documenting technical and functional requirements for product development teams; • Reviewing technical specifications and solution proposals prior to implementation; • Conducting user acceptance testing (UAT); • Validating system functionality before product or feature launch; • Designing and implementing global service delivery models, including Process standardization, KPI frameworks, and SLA definition; • Working with data reporting frameworks and dashboards to monitor global performance; • Translating data insights into measurable business outcomes including revenue growth and process efficiency improvements; • Analyzing large-scale operational and revenue datasets to identify trends and inform decision-making; • Using Hubspot to manage enterprise client pipelines, deal structuring, and forecasting; • Working with HRIS/HXM platforms such as BambooHR; and • Microsoft Excel for pivot tables, data modeling, and financial analysis. • Base salary for this role in Chicago, IL: $120,000 -$150,000 + bonus eligibility.
