Superhuman - Alliances Partner Engineer
Requirements
• 7+ years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, or technical pre-sales (partner-facing preferred). • Track record of leading technical strategy with ISVs, enterprise partners, or system integrators. • Strong communication and executive presence, with ability to influence • Has a demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal guidance, proactively manages tasks and priorities across multiple projects, analyzes and executes work efficiently, collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams, and thrives in fast-paced, results-driven environments.
Responsibilities
• Own the technical relationship with top-tier partners, from initial scoping to solution validation. • Lead technical workshops, executive-level presentations, and solution design sessions. • Build and guide the creation of proof-of-concepts, prototypes, and demos to accelerate partner adoption of the platform. • Act as a thought leader and evangelist for the platform in partner-facing settings. • Develop best practices for technical engagements. • Translate partner feedback into actionable insights for product and engineering.

Our US locations are categorized into two compensation zones based on proximity to our hub locations. • Base pay may vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The expected salary ranges for this position are outlined below by compensation zone and may be modified in the future. The expected “On Target Earnings” (OTE) for this role are outlined below and may be modified in the future. • Zone 1: $184,000 – $250,000 OTE/year (USD) • Zone 2: $166,000 – $225,000 OTE/year (USD) • Zone 1: $176,000 – $240,000 OTE/year (CAD) • The commission portion for this role will be 20% of the On-Target Earning (OTE). • For more information about our compensation zones and locations where we currently support employment, please refer to this page.
