Responsibilities
• Identify, evaluate, and select vendors and negotiate contracts, ensuring competitive pricing, quality, and timely delivery. • Manage the full end to end procurement cycle from gathering requirements, identifying and appraising suppliers, negotiating contracts, and SRM activities, focussing on SaaS. • Partner with various teams such as IT, Security, Finance, and Legal to streamline the process and ensure contracts are fully compliant and aligned with business needs and best practices. • Procurement Process & Transformation • Support the evolution of procurement from an IT-only focus to a company-wide function. • Implement efficient procurement processes, including purchase requisition, order placement, and invoice reconciliation, leveraging technology tools and systems. • Stakeholder Engagement & Communication • Act as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders on SaaS and other procurement matters. • Maintain clear and proactive communication on progress, risks, and outcomes. • Develop and execute strategies to consolidate the software toolsets in place.
