• You'll bring at least 5 years' experience in an HR role, with a solid, practical grasp of UK employment fundamentals and a track record of handling employee relations matters with sound judgement. You'll be organised, accurate, and genuinely passionate about people and HR — someone who's moved beyond the basics and is comfortable owning things end-to-end without heavy oversight. • A CIPD qualification (Level 5) would be a bonus, as would hands-on experience with HRIS platforms or a background in a startup or scale-up environment, but we care more about mindset than CV boxes.
