Responsibilities

• Own a growth channel end to end — or run across several. Set the strategy, launch campaigns, and take responsibility for results. • Generate qualified leads and drive demo bookings. Build campaigns that reach short-term rental operators through paid ads, SEO, outbound, referrals, and industry partnerships. • Understand our customers. Learn how property managers operate, what slows them down, and what makes them switch software. • Run experiments fast. Test hooks, audiences, funnels, and offers; stop what doesn't work and scale what does. • Use AI wherever it gives you an edge. Apply it to research, copy, targeting, content production, and automation. • Build funnels and landing pages that convert. Improve each step from first impression to demo booking and paying customer. • Work closely with the founder on positioning and messaging. Turn product capabilities into clear reasons for operators to choose Base360. • Track performance. Measure lead quality, conversion rates, acquisition costs, and pipeline contribution — and explain what's working and why.
