You’re comfortable discussing backend, distributed systems, infrastructure and AI/ML engineering with candidates and engineering leaders. You don’t need to code, but you can tell a strong profile from a keyword match. • Proven closer. You have a track record of landing in-demand engineers against competing offers. • The London market. You have strong knowledge of the London engineering talent landscape and where great engineers sit. • Tooling. Hands-on with Ashby (or a comparable ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter and AI sourcing tools. • How you operate • Low ego, high ownership. You’re accountable for your searches and you collaborate easily, sharing candidates and insight with the rest of the talent team. • Fast and organised. You can run several searches at once without anything slipping. • Direct communicator.
