Responsibilities
• Leading Salesforce configuration and automation, including Flows, assignment rules, approval processes, validation rules, record types, layouts, and custom objects • Salesforce configuration and automation • Designing and building custom Salesforce solutions using Apex (classes, triggers, batch jobs) • End-to-end user and license management, including roles, profiles, permission sets, public groups, OWD, and sharing rules • user and license management • Managing and optimizing integrations across tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce Data Cloud, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Ringlead, and GTM automation tools, including REST/SOAP API integrations and middleware platforms • integrations • Designing scalable, intuitive user experiences (e.g., screen flows) to streamline workflows and automate key processes like opportunity progression
