Responsibilities

• Daily compilation, substantiation, and reporting of Profit and Loss (P&L) and balance sheet movements across various cryptocurrency and digital asset products. • Execute daily trade and position reconciliations across internal systems and exchange platforms to identify and resolve discrepancies (breaks) quickly and independently. • Provide insightful analysis of P&L drivers, risk exposures, and market trends to key stakeholders, including Management and the Trading team. This includes explaining significant variances and product performance. • Act as a robust and credible partner to the Front Office, Market Risk, and Operations teams. • Identify and execute opportunities for improving efficiency and controls within the Middle Office workflow, including delivering tactical solutions with minimal senior involvement. • Contribute to the control design and operational readiness for new financial instruments and trading strategies launched by the trading team.
