Requirements

Specifically, Microsoft Office excel and PowerPoint. • Team-oriented, responsive, passion to succeed. • College or bachelor’s degree in business or similar major • Strong attention to detail and time management skills • Ability to work in a team or independently. • Demonstrates initiative, not afraid to troubleshoot on their own. • Passion for beauty • The base salary range for this role is listed above. • Total compensation includes base salary, annual company-based performance bonus, and equity. Under e.l.f.’s annual bonus program, employees are eligible to earn up to 200% of their target bonus when company performance exceeds defined goals. In addition, e.l.f. provides a variety of other benefits to employees, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a retirement savings plan, gender neutral parental leave, and unlimited paid time off. The amount of total compensation (including base salary) offered will be based on a wide range of factors, including geographic location, experience, specific skills, and qualifications. • Compensation components are subject to change at the company’s discretion
Responsibilities
• Build and maintain relationships with both Target & e.l.f./Well People partners. • In conjunction with both internal and external partners, develop strategy for Target that effectively delivers net sales growth, market share growth and customer profitability. • Effectively partner with the demand planning team to ensure a complete and timely forecast. • Work with the Associate Director to develop and execute retail merchandising strategies that will simultaneously achieve both e.l.f. and retailer goals. • Manage Vendor Income. • Ensure all customer requests for information are met in a timely manner. • Collaborate with all other members of the Sales team to ensure the company’s sales and share goals are achieved and to share best practices. • Establish and maintain effective relationships with decision-makers. • Clear understanding of dynamics of Target to help set overall account strategy and priorities (assortment, merchandising, tailored trade marketing calendar, etc.) • Ensure strong visual presence in store and on retailer.com. • Forecast ability on a monthly basis as well as provide feedback on over and/or under delivery of goals. • Assortment and Planogram work. • General administration support requests (sending samples, listing forms etc). • e.l.f.
