Pano AI - Product Marketing Manager
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS, utilities, public sector, climate tech, or enterprise software • Strong ability to translate technical concepts into clear, compelling customer value propositions • Proven experience launching products and driving go-to-market strategies • Excellent storytelling, writing, and communication skills • Experience working cross-functionally with product, sales, and executive stakeholders • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and customer insights to inform decisions • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • Final compensation for full-time employees is determined by a variety of factors, including job-related qualifications, education, experience, skills, knowledge, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, full-time roles are eligible for stock options. Responsibilities
• Own product positioning and messaging for Pano AI’s platform, ensuring clear differentiation in the wildfire detection and intelligence market • Lead go-to-market (GTM) strategy for new product launches, features, and expansions • Partner closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to align on customer insights and priorities • Develop high-impact sales enablement materials (pitch decks, battlecards, case studies, ROI tools) • Conduct market, customer, and competitive research to inform strategy and messaging • Drive content strategy across website, campaigns, and field marketing to support pipeline generation • Support pricing, packaging, and product adoption initiatives
