Alpaca - Director, Digital Asset & Brokerage Operations

• This role is position is for an experienced trading operations manager with automated trading and middle and back office experience. This includes • leading our US spot exchange operations (Alpaca Crypto LLC) • leading our Bahamas spot and derivatives exchange operations (AlpacaX Crypto Limited) • building and maintaining our internal trading desk • Things You Get To Do: • You will build and manage a globally distributed team of trade ops associates providing 24/5 service coverage. • You and your team: • Directly engage with our customers, providing a world-class service • Review, identify and resolve trade differences • Process trade corrections and cancellations • Inventory account reconciliation • Provide input into new procedures and processes as well as revisions to existing operations procedures and processes • Manage our trading desk (internal market maker) and work with engineering to build and monitor trading systems performing automated hedging strategies • Manage our global fiat banking relationships • Maintain relationships with liquidity providers, token projects and all our vendors • Assist with financial and regulatory audits • Work closely with engineering to bring industry-leading crypto products to market
