Requirements

• Experienced professionals in employment law, HR compliance, workplace policy, or labor regulations (EU/UK focus a plus) • Backgrounds in legal consulting, in-house counsel, HR legal advisory, or compliance roles are welcome • Skilled at reviewing legal and employment documents for compliance, accuracy, and enforceability • Available for 8–20 hours per week and able to start promptly • Comfortable with remote, freelance work • A senior employment lawyer, HR compliance expert, policy advisor, or labor regulation specialist (EU/UK focus preferred) • Based in and eligible to work in the EU or UK • Several years of hands-on experience with employment law, workplace compliance, or HR documentation • Strong evaluator of legal accuracy, risk, and enforceability in documents and scenarios • Comfortable working independently and providing structured, actionable feedback • Available for 8–20 hours per week, with near-term availability

Responsibilities

• Review and refine AI-generated content related to employment law, workplace policies, and HR regulations • Assess the accuracy, clarity, and compliance of AI outputs with relevant EU/UK employment laws and best practices • Create and enhance realistic employment scenarios, covering onboarding, disciplinary actions, contracts, compliance, and dispute resolution • Generate scenario variations from multiple perspectives, such as legal counsel, HR professionals, and business stakeholders • Identify legal reasoning gaps, potential compliance risks, or improvement areas in AI handling of employment law matters • Support the development of practical AI-powered tools for HR documentation and employment compliance • Review and refine AI-generated content on topics such as employment law, workplace policies, and HR regulations • Evaluate AI responses for legal realism, compliance with EU/UK labor laws, and practical usability • Draft realistic employment scenarios and case studies drawn from real-life legal and HR experience • Create variations of scenarios from multiple perspectives (e.g. legal counsel, HR professional, business stakeholder) • Identify gaps, oversights, or weak logic in AI-generated legal content • In simple terms: • You’ll assess and improve AI-generated employment law and HR compliance content, ensuring it reflects sound legal reasoning, authentic compliance measures, and best practices. Rather than providing traditional legal consulting or HR advisory services, you’ll leverage your expertise to help AI systems deeply understand and reason about employment law at scale.
