Requirements

Responsibilities
• Lead Finance Transformation • Lead the Finance workstream across international Dynamics 365 programs. • Advise Finance leaders and key stakeholders on processes, operating models, and technology decisions. • Lead discovery and design workshops, challenge existing processes, and identify opportunities for standardization, automation, and efficiency. • Own Finance Solution Design • Own functional design across Dynamics 365 Finance, including General Ledger, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash & Bank, Budgeting, Credit & Collections, and financial reporting. • Ensure Finance solutions work across countries, legal entities, and business units. • Partner with Solution Architects and other workstreams across integrations, data, testing, and deployment. • Lead the Workstream • Lead the Workstream • Guide Finance consultants on priorities, dependencies, risks, and key decisions. • Act as a senior point of contact for the customer Finance team. • Mentor consultants and maintain quality across Finance deliverables. • Create Impact Beyond Delivery • Support presales engagements, workshops, and demonstrations. • Contribute to HSO Finance methodologies, accelerators, and best practices. • Identify opportunities to apply Copilot, AI, automation, Power Platform, and analytics to Finance transformation.
