elevenlabs - Events Lead - EMEA (Contract)

We're looking for a contractor to take ownership of regional field events - trade shows, brand activations, and partner experiences - across multiple European markets. • This is a hands-on execution role. You'll work autonomously, move quickly, and hold a high bar for what a world-class event looks like. You'll be embedded in a lean team, so you'll need to be comfortable making decisions, managing vendors, and adapting on the fly without heavy oversight. • The right person for this role has done this before — ideally at a fast-moving tech or AI company — and knows what separates a forgettable event from one people talk about. • Own end-to-end logistics and delivery for field events and brand activations across EMEA • Manage third-party vendors, agencies, and venue relationships across multiple markets • Support trade show presence including booth builds, sponsorship fulfilment, and on-site execution • Coordinate with internal stakeholders across marketing, sales, and leadership to align on goals and messaging • Identify and flag gaps - from branding and signage to attendee experience - and solve them proactively
