Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of junior traders with the goal of grooming them into high-caliber contributors. Be a point of escalation for system or process failures • Design process and technology, then coordinate the implementation effort • Develop market microstructure expertise across regions and asset class • Collaborate with researchers and engineers on issues relating to production trading operations • Interface with external brokers or counterparties • Lead strategic projects as appropriate
