Requirements
• 0–2 years of work experience, including internships. A degree in any field is welcome, as long as you can show strong analytical thinking. • Structured and logical: you can break a messy problem into clear parts and a recommendation. • Clear communicator, in writing and in person. You can explain a complex idea simply. • AI-literate: you use AI tools (e.g. Claude, Grok, Cursor) in your daily work and are curious about AI agents. • Genuinely interested in Web3: you’ve used a wallet, a DEX or stablecoins, and you can talk about what works and what’s broken. • Learn fast and have a strong sense of ownership. Responsibilities
• Own real product work in one or more focus areas: AI and agentic payments, stablecoins and payments, trading, and user growth. • Explore what’s next by researching and prototyping new ideas in agentic payments, where AI agents can transact on-chain for users. • Turn user problems into clear product requirements (PRDs), user stories and success metrics, working with engineering, design and data. • Analyze the market and competitors across wallets, DEXs, DeFi trading platforms, stablecoins and payment networks. • Use data to decide: define KPIs, run experiments and measure the impact of what you ship. • Pitch your ideas directly to product leadership.
