Requirements
• Bilingual in Spanish and English with fluency in both written and spoken communication; based in the United States. • Experience as a Social Media Manager is preferred but not mandatory for this entry level position. However, experience working on video content strategies would be beneficial (implied requirement).
Responsibilities
• Dedicate 10-12 hours weekly with flexible scheduling. • Participate in two 30-minute weekly check-ins about the project. • Produce and manage 10-15 posts per account for 1-2 accounts weekly across YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Instagram. • Source relevant video content from news outlets, cultural events, and social media platforms. • Craft platform-optimized captions and post copy that authentically represents each account's distinct voice. • Strategically leverage the comprehensive content database including stories, videos, photos, CapCut templates, and trending sounds for video production.
