• You've launched your own conference from scratch • Mobile apps, ad tech, MMP or B2B SaaS selling to developers and founders • A network among app founders and growth leads • Selling sponsorships for your own event • Events across several regions (US, EU, Asia)
Responsibilities
• Build and own the event strategy for Adapty and FunnelFox: a portfolio of formats, each with a clear purpose, audience, target payback and cadence • Get the portfolio to pay back • Launch and run our own flagship annual conference • Make go/no-go calls on every event from numbers; cut what doesn't pay back, scale what does • Design new formats — dinners, roundtables, side events, own meetups, online — that can scale across cities • Fill every event with the right people: invitations, promotion, partners — you own registrations, show-up rate and the share of our target customers in the room • Run the pipeline motion with Sales: target account lists, pre-booked meetings, follow-up SLAs • Build event attribution and reporting in HubSpot and review it with Sales every week • Set priorities for the Event Operations team
