Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a regional field marketing strategy across Australia and APAC, aligned with Harvey's revenue goals and brand objectives. • Plan, manage, and deliver a portfolio of events, including industry conferences, client roundtables, webinars, and executive dinners, that generate qualified pipeline and accelerate deals. • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Partnerships to identify target accounts, align on priorities, and design account-based marketing programs for the region. • Analyse event performance data and market insights to continuously refine strategy, improve ROI, and report results to leadership. • Manage the regional field marketing budget, vendor relationships, and logistics to ensure efficient resource allocation and maximum impact. • Travel regularly across Australia and the wider APAC region to deliver events, meet clients, and support in-market sales activity.
