Read our operating principles to see it in full. • How you'll make impact • As an individual contributor, you'll lead the operating, measurement, and systems layer for Airwallex’s global product-led growth engine, helping teams improve the customer journey from acquisition and onboarding through activation, first transaction, retention, and expansion. • Own end-to-end funnel and customer journey analytics across payment and product-adoption funnels. • Build scalable growth operating systems, including KPI frameworks, dashboards, experiment repositories, tracking standards, QA processes, and performance reviews. • Partner with Growth, Product, Marketing, Data, Engineering, Sales, Finance, Legal, Risk, Compliance, and regional teams to prioritize opportunities and scale successful initiatives. • Improve CRM, marketing automation, customer data, reporting, and analytics processes through automation and responsible use of AI. • Establish reliable campaign and experiment measurement practices, including attribution requirements, control or holdout methodologies, success criteria, readouts, and documentation. • Translate ambiguous growth priorities into clear execution, measurable outcomes, and repeatable systems. • You'll work from our San Francisco office on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
