Genius Sports - Head of Business Development – Sportsbook, LATAM

• Proven success in B2B consultative sales, with a strong track record of consistently hitting or exceeding challenging revenue targets • Existing experience within the Betting industry or selling to Betting clients in LATAM • Fluency in both Spanish & English languages; Portuguese fluency is a bonus • Experience closing six-figure (or higher) deals on a consistent basis • A results-oriented mindset with high-energy and positive attitude • A competitive spirit, resilience and a deep motivation to win • Strong commercial creativity and deal-making skills, with the ability to structure and close complex partnerships • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including confidence engaging with and presenting to C-suite executives • Solid numerical, analytical, and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail • A collaborative team player who enjoys working with like-minded, sports-obsessed colleagues • A genuine interest in sports and a desire to be part of a fast-growing, mission-driven company • Willingness and ability to travel within Latin America, attend conferences and events, and meet customers face-to-face to close deals • We enjoy an ‘office-first’ culture and maximize opportunities to collaborate, connect and learn together.
