Requirements
• 8+ years of proven experience managing a best-in-class, complex Sales Operations function supporting growth in a FinTech / modern payments sales environment • Relevant Global Market experience • Enterprise and above account exposure and experience engaging customers of this scale • Outstanding problem-solving and analytical skills, including talent for conducting research, analysing data, developing hypotheses, and synthesising recommendations to an executive-level audience • Track record in excellent process design and documentation, ideally including onboarding process optimisation in regulated payments organisations • Experience with data and analytics and translating insights into value for customers (ideally some AI experience) • Ability to not only think strategically but also follow through in execution and operations • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an attention to detail • A proven ability to develop tactical initiatives that improve sales productivity and performance. • Self-starter who can operate independently with minimal supervision • Recruiter for this role • Lou Devlin - Linkedin Profile (no agencies please!) • Typical Process • Typical Process • Application Submission • Recruiter video call • Hiring manager video call • Virtual “Onsite” consisting of 4-5, 45 min calls
