Meadow - Marketing Manager (Content & Events Focus)
Requirements
• 4-6+ Years of Experience in Marketing, with Meaningful Exposure/Focus on Events • Builder Mindset: High Agency x High Urgency • You own problems end-to-end. • You make consequential decisions that impact outcomes. • Data-Driven and Outcomes Focused • You understand how programs connect to revenue. • You can speak credibly about top-of-funnel metrics and pipeline contribution. • Project & Stakeholder Management Skills • You are detail-obsessed, organized, and calm under pressure when managing multiple projects and work streams at once. • You have a track record of success communicating and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. • WHAT MAKES YOU STAND OUT • Experience in B2B/Enterprise SaaS, FinTech, and/or Higher Education • Experience Producing a Wide Range of Events (Large Conferences + Intimate Gatherings) • Experience Piloting AI-Enabled Workflows for Event Personalization, Follow-Up, Logistics

The initial annual salary for this position is expected to range from $74,800- $123,000 USD.
