Requirements
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in an event coordination, field marketing, or marketing support role (B2B SaaS or fintech experience is a plus). • Detail-Oriented & Organized: Exceptional project management and organizational skills with a strong eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple event timelines simultaneously. • Execution Mindset: Action-oriented problem solver who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys handling event logistics end-to-end. • Collaborative Communicator: Great interpersonal and written communication skills with a customer-service mindset when working with internal stakeholders and external vendors. • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with marketing tools and software such as Salesforce, Marketo, Google Workspace, Asana, and Zoom. • Travel: Willingness to travel occasionally for domestic event coordination and onsite support.
Responsibilities
• Event Support & Execution (In-Person & Virtual): Support the execution of regional event programs (tradeshows, happy hours, executive summits) and virtual events (webinars, roundtables) to capture attention and drive audience engagement. • Logistics, Platforms & Vendor Management: Manage tactical event logistics across physical and digital channels. For in-person events, handle vendor communication, venue setup, and onsite execution. For virtual events, configure platforms, coordinate tech runs, and manage live digital production. • Event Promotion & Campaign Alignment: Drive pre-event marketing promotions. Partner with Growth Marketing, Design, and Sales teams to build high-converting landing pages, write compelling email invitations, create outreach kits, and target specific audience lists to maximize registration and attendance. • Lead Operations & Pipeline Tracking: Act as the gatekeeper for event data. Partner closely with Marketing Operations to manage prompt lead entry, ensure immediate lead routing to Sales/BD, and assist in tracking post-event follow-ups and pipeline influence. • Budget, Timelines & Reporting: Maintain event calendars and project timelines, track budget expenses and invoice processing, and gather metrics to report ROI and program success using Salesforce and team dashboards. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate closely with Growth Marketing, Sales, and Business Development teams to align on event strategy, target account lists, and multi-channel campaign support. • Workflow Automation & AI Efficiency: Identify opportunities to streamline manual event tasks by leveraging AI tools and automated workflows.
