Oscilar - Outbound Marketing Manager
Requirements
• Outbound Growth Marketer • 3–7+ years in B2B outbound marketing, growth marketing, or demand generation • Proven experience building outbound programs that generate qualified pipeline — not just “leads” • Hands-on across email sequencing, cold calling workflows, and LinkedIn outreach • Track record of launching campaigns into new markets or verticals from scratch • GTM Engineer Mindset • Deep fluency with the modern outbound stack: Clay, Outreach, HeyReach, Nooks, Cargo, HubSpot, Salesforce • Clay, Outreach, HeyReach, Nooks, Cargo, HubSpot, Salesforce • Can connect systems via custom API endpoints and integrations — not just native connectors • custom API endpoints and integrations • Experience using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) to automate research, personalization, or campaign workflows • AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) • Comfortable with data — can write basic queries, build enrichment workflows, and debug integrations • Experimentation-Driven • You default to testing, not guessing. Every campaign is an experiment with a hypothesis. • Comfortable running multiple concurrent tests and making decisions from imperfect data • You measure what matters: reply rates, meeting conversion, pipeline created — not vanity metrics • Messaging & Copy Chops • Strong writer who can craft compelling cold outbound copy that gets replies • Can develop differentiated messaging for technical and executive personas in financial services • Tests relentlessly — you know the difference between copy that sounds good and copy that converts • Hands-on experience designing and executing both physical and digital direct mail campaigns • Understand how to coordinate mail with outbound sequences for maximum impact • Have managed vendors, budgets, and fulfillment for mail programs • Marketing to financial institutions, fintechs, or regulated industries • Experience at a company in the $5M–$50M ARR scaling phase • Built or managed AI-powered outbound workflows (AI SDRs, automated personalization, agent-based research) • Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol) connectors or building custom GTM integrations • Background in fraud, compliance, or risk management industries
Responsibilities
• Launch outbound campaigns into new ICP verticals where Oscilar has no existing playbook • Generate BDR and AE new business meetings through outbound-sourced sequences • Create and grow outbound qualified opportunities and pipeline • Run 5–10 active experiments at any time across messaging, signals, and channels • Build automations that remove manual work from the outbound process • Partner with BDRs on daily outbound execution and follow-up workflows • Report on outbound performance by vertical, channel, and sequence — with clear pipeline attribution • Own outbound for entirely new ICP verticals — build the playbook, don’t inherit one • Work with one of the most advanced AI-powered GTM stacks in B2B SaaS • Have the technical freedom to build custom automations and integrations, not just use tools out of the box • Operate with high autonomy, real budget, and a team that values speed and experimentation over perfection • Directly impact the pipeline and revenue that funds Oscilar’s growth • One More Thing • One More Thing • If you’ve read this far and don’t check every box but are convinced this role has your name on it — send a cold outbound email to [email protected] that makes us want to reply. • [email protected] • Bonus points if you include a sample outbound sequence for one of our ICP verticals, a GTM automation you’ve built, or a campaign that outperformed expectations. • We’ll read every one.
