Requirements
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in any financial related field. • A strong interest in sales, crypto, and financial markets. • strong interest in sales • Previous exposure in a client facing role, handling client objections regardless of industry (e.g. hospitality). • Previous exposure in a client facing role • Native or bilingual proficiency in one or more CEE languages (both written and verbal) is required. • Native or bilingual proficiency in one or more CEE languages • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. • English • Organized with attention to (personal) details but excellent time management. • Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a diverse team. • Strong problem-solving skills. -> positive attitude towards problem solving, finding solutions instead of selling no • Asking for forgiveness (to a certain extent) rather than permission based.
Responsibilities
• Support the sales team in preparing tailored sales materials for partners and retail clients. • Assist in managing and updating our CRM system with client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline data. • Help prepare and analyze sales performance reports. • Coordinate logistics for samples, marketing materials, and other sales-related resources. • Assist in outreach discovery efforts to potential and existing Affiliates and clients, including email communications and (e.g.) calls, predominantly • Contribute to ad-hoc projects aimed at improving sales flow and direct contact with our customers, this includes online webinars, offline events at conferences and providing data.
