Requirements

• 3+ years of tech sales experience (full cycle) • Strong foundation of outbound prospecting (net new) • Proven history of consistently exceeding goals • Polished communication and presentation skills • Experience with common sales tech stack (i.e. lead sourcing, CRM, engagement platforms) • Experience working with Hubspot, Clay, Instantly and/or HeyReach

Responsibilities

• Provide an immediate and long-term impact on growing Every’s sales function. • Collaborate closely with leadership, Marketing, and Strategy/Operations teams. • Build an effective and scalable outbound motion. • Optimize seller’s experience working on deals and with internal teams (e.g. automation) • Fully remote and based in the U.S. • Up to 10% travel for conferences and/or HQ visit
